Trumbull Business College Mission Statement:

The need for men and women in our community to be qualified employees for buiness, the professions, and industry, led to the establishment of Trumbull Business College in 1972. It is a privately owned, accredited, and state licensed college, offering associate degrees and diplomas.

The mission of Trumbull Business College is to provide our students with specialized business training and to develop their potential fully. We accomplish through application of the following goals:

1. Preparing graduates so that they can, at a minimum, complete for entry-level positions in business and industry in the shortest time.

2. Providing hands-on skills for job opportunities within the community.

3. Helping students gain self-confidence and self-motivation necessary to succeed in the workplace.

4. Providing opportunities for students to develop work ethics compatible with the expecations of employers.

5. Believing that education is a continous process, it is our goal to help our graduates gain the skills and self-confidence that will foster their desire for life-long learning.

We have designed our programs using the supporting concepts of critical thinking, communication, and leadership to help students develop and expand their roles in the world of business-office enterprise. These programs also emphasize skill development, individual accountability, and professional ethics. Faculty, administrators, and students are expected to mirror these attributes to serve the diverse needs of our college community.
