Dear FAFSA,
I am angry that you make it so hard for those of us who prefer to mail the FAFSA. It is hard to find the form online as well as the address. Shame on you for trying to make us do it the way you prefer instead of trying to serve your public by making it easy for them to use the way they prefer. You are not customer-oriented.

I got to the website pretty easy. It was not hard for me. I know a little about computers and what i can not do i have a friend to help me out.
